On behalf of the Home Builders/Remodelers Association of Mahoning Valley along with our builder members in the Parade of Homes, we are proud to present almost $3.4 million dollars of housing value in the beautiful community of Columbiana. This year’s Parade of Homes concept is different than what we have presented in the past, and we hope that you enjoy the various developments and homes they have to offer. Old Saybrook, Firestone Farms and Cedar Run are three very unique developments that offer varying degrees of amenities and most importantly different price points for every buyer.

Building a new home is the largest and certainly the most important investment a family will make. The HBA Parade of Homes provides the homebuyer with the opportunity to physically inspect many of the new and exciting products that have been manufactured to enhance the beauty and create comfort in modern housing. Our tour will allow you to “dream a little.” The HBA Parade of Homes is a place people dream, but they also come here to buy a piece of that dream. With the help of the HBA and the strength of your own dreams, you can journey through the Parade builders, developers and designers vision to make your dream a reality. The members of the HBA are dedicated to making the Mahoning Valley a better place to live through housing. With the presentation of our Parade of Homes, we hope to instill a sense of pride that motivates one to such a degree that if one does not choose to purchase a new house, they will surely feel compelled to upgrade and remodel their present home.
